I am so excited to share these three home tours with you, especially when I saw this first event pop up on my feed this weekend! I look forward to Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles events throughout the year. The homes are always spectacular, and the design elements spot on.
But YOU GUYS! This year’s Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse and Marketplace looks like it will blow your socks off, so I am sharing the details here so that all you locals can get your tickets ASAP!
Of course, as usual, this annual event benefits Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. This year’s home was designed by Harrison Design, built by Sheehan Built Homes and features an extensive list of fabulous interior designers. I can’t wait to see what this BRAND NEW house looks like inside.
And, just like the Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse 2017, you can expect a detailed post about my visit after I attend, so stay tuned for lots of pictures and #realestategoals! The show home is open from November 16 to December 10, 2017, and is located in prestigious Buckhead. For more information visit the show house page here.
The next two events are a perennial favorite of mine.
Check out the Virginia-Highland Tour of Homes, December 2-3, 2017. This year’s tour will feature 8 homes and a variety of tasty treats from Virginia-HIghland’s many restaurants and bars.
Proceeds benefit the Virginia-HIghland Civic Association and will support various community projects. You definitely don’t want to miss this opportunity to snoop around one of the best intown suburbs and sample all the goodies!
I personally LOVE Virginia-Highland, and may or may not feel extreme real estate envy every time I drive through the neighborhood. As far as intown suburbs go, this one has fantastic access to walkable shopping and dining. I think this tour would make a wonderful date with your significant other.
And, last but not least, a tour of homes that will always hold a special place in my heart, the Grant Park Candlelight Tour of Homes on December 9 and 10.
I have to admit this tour makes me miss my years as a resident of Grant Park, and I can’t wait to meet up with old neighbors and friends. This is a charming way to experience one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods, amidst twinkling holiday decor and soft candlelight.
Renovated homes in Grant Park tend to respectfully blend newer materials with the original historic details of each home. If you love history AND fun, interesting people, this tour has your name all over it.
The 2017 Grant Park Candlelight Tour of Homes benefits St Paul United Methodist Church, the Grant Park Cooperative Preschool, and Grant Park Parents Network. Tour runs from 6 PM to 10 PM on December 9th and 10th, 2017.
Look for my tour recaps, coming soon. I can’t wait to gush over these properties with you and share tons of pictures!
